I like it; atmospheric and with a catchy melody. A little work on the mix and fixing some of the sounds up (adding reverb to parts of the beat such as the snare, sidechaining, etc.) would help a lot.
Other than the beat being a little quiet and repetitive, nice job :]
Hella atmospheric; around the 0:30 region it gets pretty nice but one thing I'm noticing is that the pad is a little to sharp and sticks out above everything else; maybe EQ'ing a little bit of the high out and leaving the mid in would help a little. I can see what kind of feeling you're going for, and I'll tell you that it's working ^_^
Aside from a little bit of work that needs to be done, this could have a huge amount of potential if you were to continue it past 0:55 and add in a few new elements. Possibly if you ever plan on adding any sort of beat, side-chaining that pad would be gorgeous :D

I agree that it needs some EQ badly overall, but i didn't really bother about it in detail so far. It will definitly be adressed once i will be done with the whole thing.

I really like teh feeling of it :D that kick and snare could use a bit of work though, and that's a biggy considering the beat is a huge part of the song.
